Stories from Egypt (October Half Term 2025)

Storyteller, oral historian and author Wendy Shearer tells a tale introducing the ancient Egyptian creation myths, featuring some of the well-known Egyptian gods and goddesses from the Making Egypt exhibition. Join in their clever tricks and crafty curses with music and colourful props.

·         The sessions will take place at 13.30, 14.30 & 15.30 and last for 20 minutes. 

·         To attend the show, please collect wristbands at 15 minutes before each show, in the Town Square of the museum. There is a limited capacity, and they will be served on a first come first serve basis.
