Make it: Bags photo
Join us for a fun, hands-on family workshop inspired by the Marie Antoinette Style exhibition. Using a treasure trove of beautiful textiles, trimmings, ruffles, chains and buttons, create your very own unique bag or pouch.

Perfect for kids aged 7 to 10, this workshop simplifies sewing patterns to make it easy and enjoyable for little hands, while introducing upcycling and transforming pre-loved materials into stylish, one-of-a-kind accessories.

This workshop is led by London based multidisciplinary artist and bag designer Clara Chu.

Bring your creativity and curiosity, and leave with a handmade keepsake full of character and your unique style!

Each workshop is 2 hours long, starting at 11am and 2pm.

No previous experience is necessary. All materials will be provided. Printing materials will be allocated to the children within your group. This is a families event for adults to take part in with their children; no child can be left unattended.

Please note adults will be able to attend only if they've booked a child ticket too.

Please double-check that you are available for an event before booking tickets, we only offer refunds in exceptional circumstances.
